You can use some silicone sealant like the TremPro 644 # 0160297 on the outside of the LaSalle Bristol Single Bowl RV Bathroom Sink # 34416156PPA drain hole and slide the drain tube on. You can also use this sealant around the outter lip of the sink to seal it to the countertop and prevent water from getting between the countertop and sink, which will deteriorate the countertop if it's wood or particleboard with some kind of Formica or other laminate on it. view full answer...
Loctite Thread Sealant 545 # LT37482 is not designed for potable water systems and should not be used. There are chemicals in it that can be harmful if ingested. If joining copper pipes I recommend using solder to join non-threaded pieces and thread seal tape such as # A05-0265 on the threads of threaded pieces. Plumbers dope can be used on the plastic PVC-like pipes; available at hardware stores. The abs cement isn't going to come loose and will require you to cut the pipe a bit further back and using a coupling # D50-2935 and more straight pipe to get back to where it originally sat for the valve. That being said, you can also just unbolt the valve from the flanges and do the same with the # 34466N4AB36GM you were looking at, swap it in, and bolt it in place with the old flanges.

The TremPro 644 Silicone Sealant # 0160297 that you referenced is an ideal product for repairing leaks in a trailer roof. This silicone product remains flexible after it cures and will stick to almost any material likely to be found on a trailer roof. Do note it cannot be painted.

Most slides have EPDM rubber roofs but because EPDM is rubber it requires treatment each year to keep it soft and prevent shrinkage. You could replace it with TPO which is another synthetic rubber that will last longer than the EPDM. The smallest roll we carry is the Alpha Systems Superflex TPO RV Roof Membrane - White - 67-1/2 Sqft Item # AL68CV which can be cut to fit and you'll need some adhesive # AL27CV and sealant # AL28KV to install it.

You can seal the frame of the door with TremPro 644 Silicone Sealant part # 0160299. I contacted Ultra-fab and the access door part # UF48-979010 is not considered waterproof or water resistant. They also do not have a seal or gasket available. The sealant can be applied on the back of the access door frame to create a waterproof seal between the door and the trailer wall during installation or around the door frame to create a waterproof seam once the access door is installed.

Butyl tape is used to seal off many roof accessories like trailer vents and fans. Since the butyl tape is pre-formed it is easier to install and get a water tight precise seal compared to some of the liquid sealants that can be more difficult to maneuver.
